This tournament is open to all Class IV teams throughout District VII.

• TOURNAMENT FIELD: 128 TEAMS
• COST: U8-U10 $175 U12-U16 $200
• 3 GAMES MINIMUM
• UP TO 4 GUEST PLAYERS ALLOWED FROM THE SAME CLUB
• APPLICATION DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 14th, 2009 AT 6:00 PM

• FEE (CLUB OR LEAGUE CHECK, MONEY ORDER)
• CHECKS PAYABLE TO CJSL
• NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED !!
